I think the Swiss Chard.. well Kale.. is the main ingredient along with the carrot, everything else probably doesn’t do much. The Swiss Chard and carrot contain biotin and biotin aids in hair and nail growth. Of course, not in high concentrations, but it should help a little

Well I’m guessing eating lots of fruits and veggies and generally being healthy will help make your hair healthy and long

and this makes ur hair grow how??? vitamin e? does it improve circulation?? tottally confused at how a bunch of veggies make ur hair grow. and kale? eeeww. i thought protein would be the best thing to make hair grow. please elaborate miss

well i guess u can do both drink it and put it on ur head..LOL b/c i’ve heard if u can’t eat it dont put it in ur head…with so many natural homemade mixtures out here on youtube, i use alot of what’s in the ice box for my natural hair… but i do think u drink it LOL
