True, but what if it actually works?

One more question: what is the most effective natural DHT blocker you are aware of?

  2. ayirra1 says:

Yeah, I am working really hard to reverse it before it completely disappears. I still have hope! About Saw Palmetto… I don’t take a separate supplement orarally but the vitamins which I have used for the past 4 months now have the Saw Palmetto included so I don’t feel it’s necessary to buy more. I don’t know if I want to spend time with the yoga thing. There are so many remedies out there these days like rubbing your fingernails together for 15mins. 3X /day. Who wants to do that?

Hey Ayirra. Id first want to say that losing hair sucks but it is a cruel reality that many of us face. Youtube searce ‘balayam’ and follow the instructions. It seems like total BS but it just could work. BTW, have you been taking Saw Palmetto orally?

  4. ayirra1 says:

Saw Palmetto also reduces the buildup of DHT which is formed in the prostrate in males. All of this has a great deal to do with hormones and genetic makeup. Hope this helps. BTW, I have added garlic softgels to my regimen to reduce this crazy shedding problem I have been having. I think I am going to apply it topically as well for a few months.
Vampires should stay clear of garlic though! Just kidding! I think your username is pretty cool.

Sorry Dragula23! I thought I covered everything in the 1st comment. I definately researched Saw Palmetto and its benefits. I haven’t purchased it separately simply because it is one of the ingredients in hair essentials so I didn’t think it was necessary. I haven’t heard/read anything about negative side effects for it. In fact, because it is natural, it has been used for many years as an herb that reduces the chances of prostrate cancer. It actually is used in a lot of hair loss supplements.

hey man i posted a reply below, dont think you have seen it, jus asking about saw palmetto and side effects, reply would be awsome, thanx man

  7. ayirra1 says:

Man, thank you for commenting. I was actually telling another viewer about how I was thinking of increasing the months to show more progress rather than do a month-to-month update. It’s becoming rather repetitive and slow. I am certain now that this would be the way to go. I was thinking like 3-4 months.
    Oh, and thanks for subscribing!

Thanks for posting the vids, I hope you post a 6 month or 9 month so we can see what this stuff is really capable of.

thanx for the fast reply, i know what you mean about the shedding, i recently went through a pretty stressfull time and shed a scary amount, im a little thin at the temples, have you thought about adding silica to your regime? it really helped me stop shedding, im still unhappy with my temples tho, i was thinking about adding some saw palmetto but iv heard it can give some bad side effects, have you had any during your course? would be brilliant to see your progress every 2 months man.

  10. ayirra1 says:

Thanks Craig! Well, I haven’t really made anymore cocktails siince I ran out of ingredients for about 2 months so I would have to say the vitamins are keeping me going. There have been times where I wanted to cut it all off due to the shedding problem that I have always had. I am committed to it for 11 months now. I am thinking of updating the videos every 2-3 months so that the results are more apparent. What do you think?

  11. dragula23 says:

brilliant videos man, i think your hair is looking fantastic in comparison to day 1, you definetly havent lost anymore hair, do you think you have achieved these results more with the hair vitamins or the cocktail? or a combination of both? hope you keep us updated on your progress :)
