ok, you guys can compare LeBron and Kobe all you like, but seriously stop dragging the “Kobe has four rings and LeBron don’t” into the arguement. There are two things you need to know, first you win Finals with a TEAM not player. Second Kobe has been playing longer than Lebron, giving him more chance to win championships. Would you think Fisher is better than LeBron cuz he’s also got rings while Lebron doesn’t?

efficiency in the nba…(the most assists), but we know nobody avg more assists than Kobe on the Lakers squad….so obviously, stats are a little misleading. It is hard to quantify what effect a player has on their respective team. However, anybody with a pair of eyes can see that Kobe has the more technically sound game, offensively and defensively…while Lebron is a straight up physical beast. So then it’s really a question of whether you want to reward Kobe for the work he put into his game
having the rings by itself doesn’t mean much….that’s why we don’t elevate Horry and Russell any higher than they should be….but Kobe has the tactical knowledge and the skills to back it up. His repetoire of skills and moves trumps Lebron’s (at least, at this point)…Lebron is a good help defender, but still relies on his athleticism to defend (most of his blocks are from behind…HELP DEFENDER!)….Kobe rebounds very well for his position…..Kobe leads the team with the highest offensive
